Diabolik Lovers More,Blood (Diabolik Lovers 2nd Season) - my opinion so far

So till now it aired 5 episodes of the second season of this anime.
Before I go further on my thoughts/first impression of this anime, please be warned there are SPOILERS. If you haven't watched the first season, go watch it (or not...cause it sucks).

So let's start by the first season.
I got EXTREMLY disappointed. We all know how reverse harem works: a fragile girl with a bunch of hotties around her , the dream of anime fan who is a girl (and for anyone who judges us.. there is harem for guys,so,no valid argument here!).

So let's see how the first season went:
- Vampire hotties - check
- Weak girl - check
- Good story - wait...
- Realistic expectation from the supernatural fact that they are vampires -hum....

Like REALLY??

First of all in both seasons so far I think the vampires suck. They're hot, each one is different. I like that, like I usually do in any reverse harem, BUT... as vampires? They're awfull!
What happened to dracula? Really?

Also the girl is probably the most annoying female character in ANY reverse harem I ever watched. She's annoying,weak, with no respect for herself, and in the first season she COULD have killed the vampires and ran away. Or at least say "hey I have a weapon stay away from me!" , but what does she do?... *sigh and facepalm*

Now ...second season... which is what you REALLY want to know.
I loved the fact they added more vampires, and tbh, I prefer these ones hundred times more to the other ones (at least for now). The female character is slightly changing her mind, at least I heard her say "no!" a couple of times, and not just accept what is happening.
However I still feel like... unless they really do a huge plot twist and surprise me (in a good way), I'll give from 0 to 10, a 5 to this anime.

And let's be real, this season is having incredibly amazing anime, so compared to the other ones that are airing.. I mean...

It really makes me sad cause I love vampires and horror, but once again, they disappointed me. I really thought vampires and reverse harem could go awesome.

However , there are other animes that ALSO reverse harem and they're surprising me! And guess who will be doing a first impression on them? :)

In fact I'll be doing a first impression about all of the airing animes I'm watching.
